John Moriarty
Founder & CEO

Moriarty was founder & CEO of MicroScript Corporation, the first company to provide application integration (EAI) technology on the Windows platform. Founded in 1993, MicroScript became the largest provider of EAI solutions in the healthcare sector. In 1999, MicroScript was sold to New Era of Networks, Inc. (NEON) where Moriarty served as president of New Era’s Healthcare division. During his tenure, New Era’s healthcare organization became the Company’s most profitable division. In 2001, Moriarty was appointed CEO of Concadia Corporation, a joint venture, e-gov start-up created by Microsoft, Accenture, Unisys and New Era.

Karl Reti
CTO

Reti, most recently served as a Senior Director at Sybase, Inc., where he was the Principal Architect of Sybase WorkSpace. While at Sybase, Reti also served as a Board Member of the Eclipse Foundation and as Co-Chair of the Eclipse STP Project. Prior to his years at Sybase, Reti served as VP of Engineering at New Era of Networks, Inc. and as CTO of MicroScript, Inc., the predecessor company of BridgeForward. Reti brings 20 years of experience in product development and interface engine architecture. He has produced a host of successful interface engine products and is regarded as a thought leader in the field of application integration. His diverse background as an accomplished engineer and a senior executive within high-growth organizations uniquely qualifies him to execute on BridgeForward’s aggressive new product development plans.

Gina Stradis
Head of UK Operations

Formerly Marketing Director (UK) for MicroScript Corporation, Vice President of Marketing (Europe) for New Era of Networks, Inc and Sybase, Inc., Gina heads up our UK and expanding European operations. Having spent the last 18 years specialising in start-up companies, her dynamic and energetic approach has proved invaluable to the successful launch of several businesses in the UK healthcare IT sector. Gina also brings to the team a wealth of experience in sales, marketing, customer support and general management.

Kevin O’Brien
Senior Vice President, Sales

Throughout his professional career Kevin O’Brien has specialized in software sales – most particularly in healthcare. For the past seven years O’Brien held several technology sales positions at McKesson Corporation, a Fortune 18 healthcare company, most recently managing national accounts for McKesson’s medical imaging, PACS, RIS and cardiology product lines. O’Brien was annually named one of McKesson’s top sales performers. Prior to his career at McKesson, O’Brien held sales positions at Artemis Management Systems, New Era of Networks, Inc. (NEON), MicroScript and VERSYSS, Inc.

Francis Roux
Director Product Engineering

Roux has more than 14 years of application development experience. As senior engineer at Sybase, Inc., Roux specialized in developing user interfaces for commercial application integration products for the healthcare, hospitality and commercial sectors. Roux was on the original development team at MicroScript Corporation and lead a user interface development team for Windows-based application integration products at New Era of Networks, Inc.

Miranda Hoang
Director Implementation

Hoang has more than 12 years of hands-on, application integration experience, much of it served in the field. As a senior field engineer at MicroScript, New Era of Networks and Sybase, Hoang developed a strong, working knowledge of the integration and data conversion challenges faced by healthcare providers and payers. As an integration architect at No-Barriers, Hoang specialized in solutions for the hospitality industry.
